After a classic career, graduating from a Paris Business School, Thomas Andrieu joined Banque PARIBAS, which would become BNP PARIBAS a few years later.
After 10 years spent in investment banking including 8 in London in the fields of management control, financial strategy, responsible for a team in charge of reporting and analysis of the results of market activities. Thomas takes responsibility for the integration of an electronic trading platform (consortium of 10 banks), within BNP Paribas' market activity.
In 2003 Thomas and his family returned to France and settled in a small village, Servoz in the Chamonix valley. Thomas, then created a rental and service company for very high-end chalets in the heart of the Chamonix Mont Blanc valley: Prestige Company.
Also in charge of commercial and marketing activities for a builder / promoter (Prestige & Passion) from Chamonix and Megève, Thomas left this position and created ALPS PROPERTY in 2005
ALPS PROPERTY is a real estate agency specializing in the sale, advice and valuation of real estate products in the Chamonix valley.
The main idea is to create a Chamonix real estate agency that listens to the needs of buyers and sellers, French and foreign customers.
Aware of customers' requirements and keen to meet them, Thomas created ALPS PROPERTY Atelier in 2013, an activity focused on Assistance to the Owner during construction or real estate renovation projects .
ALPS PROPERTY Atelier now manages projects in the CHAMONIX valley, in Geneva but also and more recently in the South of France for demanding clients who are concerned about respecting the specifications (functional, technical, aesthetic, respect of deadlines and financial) previously defined.
